National Association of Black Journalists, Sacramento

Elevating and educating journalists and media professionals.

About NABJS

The National Association of Black Journalists, Sacramento is a nonprofit organization who represents journalists and media professionals in the Greater Sacramento region. Our organization’s mission is to uplift, educate, and support local journalists as they help tell the stories of their community. Throughout the year, we provide professional development workshops and resources to members, and networking opportunities that foster a sense of community among the Black journalist community. Other times, NABJ Sacramento will be the voice to advocate for diversity in the newsroom and the stories journalists produce.
